NEXTPREV - The next and the previous palindrome |

Wejście
Wejście składa się z nieokreślonej liczby testów (mniejszej od 100). Każdy z nich zawiera natomiast dwie liczby naturalne x i y (0<=x<=2*109, długość y wynosi maksymalnie 1000).
Wyjście
Dla każdego testu powinieneś wypisać:
- palindrom następujący po liczbie y - jeśli x jest liczbą parzystą
- palindrom poprzedzający liczbę y - jeśli x jest liczbą nieparzystą
Przykład

Uwaga: Zera wiodące nie pojawiają się na wejściu i nie powinny pojawić się na wyjściu.

Just for further clarification of hallvabo's question, can y be negative ? Ie we have to handle palindromes of -1234 for example. |

@hallvabo - Yes, for y=0 You print 2 instead of 1. But y>0 for previous palindrome. |
